CTS BizSync ("the App") is operated by Coconut Tree Software, Inc. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the App accesses when you connect it to QuickBooks Online and how we handle it. This website itself does not collect personal information from visitors.

Data we access

When connected to a QuickBooks Online company, the App accesses accounting data through Intuit's QuickBooks Online Accounting API — including the chart of accounts, vendors, customers, items, and transactions (such as expenses, deposits, transfers, journal entries, invoices, and payments). It accesses this data solely to review, categorize, reconcile, and correct that company's bookkeeping.

How we store and use it

Accounting data and OAuth access/refresh tokens are stored on systems we control and used only for the bookkeeping purposes above. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising. Access is limited to authorized personnel.

Retention and deletion

Locally cached data is retained only as long as needed for bookkeeping and can be deleted at any time. Disconnecting the App from QuickBooks Online (see Disconnect) invalidates its tokens and ends its access.

Security

Connections to Intuit use OAuth 2.0 over HTTPS; the App never receives your QuickBooks password. Tokens are kept in restricted storage and rotated per Intuit's policy.
