CTS BizSync ("the App") is provided by Coconut Tree Software, Inc. ("we", "us") for use with QuickBooks Online. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these terms.
License
The App is licensed to you for use with your authorized QuickBooks Online company. All rights in the App are reserved by Coconut Tree Software.
Authorized use
The App connects to QuickBooks Online only with your consent via Intuit's OAuth 2.0 flow, and is used to read and update your accounting data for bookkeeping purposes. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing changes before they are applied to your accounting records.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coconut Tree Software is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
